Upload Your Resume

Go to Upload page and choose one of these methods:

Tips for Best Results
  • Paste the complete JD in the "Job Description" column — the more text, the better the AI optimization
  • Use consistent date formats (YYYY-MM-DD)
  • Leave optional columns blank — don't delete them
  • Save as UTF-8 CSV if Excel has encoding issues
Common Mistakes
  • Don't rename or reorder the header columns
  • Don't merge cells in Excel
  • Don't use special characters in Candidate Code
  • Both "Company" and "Job Title" columns are required — don't leave them empty

Frequently Asked Questions

The free plan gives you 2 resume optimizations. Each time you upload and process a resume (click "Extract Information"), it counts as one use. After 2 uses, you can pay a one-time fee of ₹9 to unlock 2 more. Admins have unlimited access.

We support PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp), and HEIC format from iPhones. You can also paste plain text directly. Maximum file size is 20MB.

After upload, you go to the "Validate" page where you can edit every single field. Fix any mistakes there before proceeding to the JD step. You can also click the ✨ AI button next to any section to have AI rewrite just that section.

Yes! After validating your resume, click "Skip this step and choose a template directly" on the Job Description page. Your resume will be formatted professionally without AI keyword optimization. You can also go directly to Templates from the navbar.

On the Job Description page, switch to the "Import from URL" tab and paste a LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Glassdoor, or any public job posting URL. We fetch the page content and extract the job description text automatically. Note: some sites block automated fetching — use the paste option as fallback.

The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score measures how well your resume matches the job description. It checks keyword density, skills match, experience relevance, and formatting quality. A score above 70 is good; above 85 is excellent. After AI optimization, your score should significantly improve.

Yes! Click "Save Draft" on the Editor page (optimize.php) or "Save & Choose Template" to save to your history. Access all saved resumes from "My Resumes" in the navbar. Each save creates a new version.

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select "Start Over". This clears your current session without logging you out. You can then upload a new resume.

The Excel import is for placement officers, HR teams, and career coaches who manage multiple students or job applications. You can import up to thousands of rows with company, job title, URL, and JD for each candidate. Download the template from the Upload page.

Your resume data is stored in encrypted sessions and in our database (if you have an account). We do not sell or share your data. You can delete any saved resume from "My Resumes". Raw uploaded files are deleted after processing.
